Providing support for Combat Stress

Combat Stress is the UK’s leading charity for veterans’ mental health. In the last year, I have worked with the charity on the publication of their supporter magazine, writing a significant amount of editorial for the two issues. Involved with editorial planning, carrying out interviews, writing articles, proofreading and getting final approvals, I worked closely with the team to help them produce an informative read that helped to update supporters on the work of the charity and encourage fundraising and support.

A refreshing new website for Guildford Nursery School and Children’s Centre

A complete re-vamp of their website meant that Guildford Nursery and Children’s Centre needed a friendlier tone and simpler language across the board. Once the website was live, I worked across the whole team to look at marketing and engagement strategies to help increase applications, raise the profile of vital children’s services work and make the nursery a hub for the community.
