KPC Creative Communications

CASE STUDY

A trusted resource for a busy communications agency

Gill is an essential part of the KPC team. She is assured enough that she can speak to clients on our behalf; she is professional enough that she appreciates our clients’ needs and takes them as seriously as we do; and best of all, she’s clever and insightful that she knows what we need with a very limited brief! Oh and she appreciates a deadline. She’s a real asset to the KPC team.

Deborah Kingsley, MD, KPC Creative Communication

Who is the client?

KPC Creative Communications is an award-winning energetic, ambitious marketing and communications agency based in Farnham, Surrey. The agency has a wide range of clients, tending to specialise in complex B2B companies who need strategic marketing and communications support to reach the right customers and grow their businesses substantially.

How do I help?

Initially brought in to provide extra capacity on a specific client project, I now work with the KPC team across several key clients, involved in strategy, messaging, planning and content creation. The company has an in-house team that’s supplemented by other key skills, so I work with graphic design, SEO and social media specialists, as well as directly with the MD on the overarching strategy. I speak directly to clients on the agency’s behalf and have recommended KPC to clients who need focused marketing support.

I write whatever content is needed by the client – from website copy and printed brochures to online case studies and staff handbooks. I use the information gathered by KPC to formulate key messages and to ensure consistency across all formats and channels. Being involved at the start of a project means less briefing time for the agency and a greater confidence in my ability to deliver content that says the right things to the right people at the right time. It’s an effective and efficient way of working that saves the agency time and money and allows them to deliver great quality content to their client base.
